The State Standings are up for grabs in the upcoming 2026 election. Each state has seen Democratic candidates defeat republican candidates in every state. North Carolina is the two-time defending champion, but with all the recent gerrymandering by the republican North Carolina legislature, anything can happen. Louisiana and Mississippi are in line for major increases in their states. Who will come out on top after the 2026 election cycle? Young people go out and vote Democratic to increase the chance of your state taking the top spot. The top spot not only secures the trophy but it secures your futures. The 2024 election cycle results Number 1 North Carolina 65 Points The 39 Trophy Champion for the 2024 election cycle is the great State of North Carolina. North Carolina is a repeat champion as they were the winners of the 2022 election cycle. Congratulations to all the Democrats in North Carolina who despite republican power grabs retained the title. North Carolina winning total was less than 2022 due to republican gerrymandering costing North Carolina three Democratic seats in the U.S. House of Representatives. This power grab not only hurt North Carolina but the nation itself. Had the three stolen seats remained in democratic hands, the nation would not be under the thumb of dear leader Donald Trump and his republican enablers. Voting matters and voting for Democrats helps everyone not just Democrats. Congratulations: Governor - Josh Stein Lt Governor - Rachel Hunt Attorney General- Jeff JacksonSecretary of State – Elaine Marshall U.S Representatives – Don Davis, Deborah Ross, Valerie Fousher, and Alma AdamsAll the State House and State Senate Democrats who were able to break the republican Super Majority in the Legislature.
