Alabama will not be allowed to use 2023 congressional map
A three-judge federal court has denied Alabama the right to revert back to a 2023 map that had only one majority black district. The court ruled contrary to the Supreme Court that allowed Alabama to move forward with the old map from 2023. The three-judge panel stated, it was obvious the 2023 map discriminated against black Alabama voters. Alabama has said, they will appeal the decision back to the Supreme Court of the Confederate States of America. This one is going to be interesting because the three-judge panel ruled the old map discriminated racially against black voters. Will the Supreme Court of the Confederate States of America once again rule that discriminating against black voters is legal?

The United States Supreme Court has given the go ahead to Alabama to immediately start using their new redrawn congressional map without the second majority black district. Alabama like all other Southern States except Arkansas are planning to redraw their maps to put more republicans in Congress and fewer blacks and Democrats. The move was ordered by Donald Trump so he could continue his king like control over America. The republican party has shown no interest in holding Trump liable for any of his illegal actions.
Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville is back full throttle ahead sucking up to Donald Trump. Tuberville is again wanting to place Donald Trump’s face on Mt Rushmore. Tuberville gave the announcement as part of his President’s Day tribute to his master Donald Trump. No one can be sure who is more of an embarrassment to their state for Trump sucking up than Tommy Tuberville and Lindsey Graham. The good news is the embarrassment could end for Alabama and South Carolina this November. Alabama can choose not to elect Tuberville as governor and South Carolina could vote not to send Lindsey Graham back to the Senate. Alabama and South Carolina young people you can end both embarrassing nightmares this November, vote for Democrats.
Alabama republican Senator Katie Britt voted against a Democratic Amendment to stop the government from spending one billion dollars to upgrade the Qatar luxury jet donation for the new Air Force One. The billion dollars of tax payer money to upgrade the jet will be a gift to Donald Trump as he plans to take the plane with him when he leaves office. Katie Britt what about the people of Alabama, maybe you should be a little more concerned about them instead of Donald Trump. Alabama voters you deserve better, vote Democratic. It is clear the republican politicians in Alabama no longer care about the people of Alabama.
Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville announces he will be running for governor of Alabama. Tuberville will not be running for re-election to the United States Senate. Tuberville was one of the worst Senators in the U.S. Senate. He is now hoping to bring the same track record to the governor’s mansion in Alabama. Even with his poor record and uninformed policy positions, Tuberville will be the front runner for governor. This is unless the people of Alabama decide that qualifications matter.

The ruling called for the creation of a second majority black district. The Alabama second district will be redrawn as a majority black district. This new map will give the 26% African American population of Alabama the opportunity to have legislators that listen to their concerns. The discriminatory voter practices in Alabama is another reason Alabama has a low standing in the 39 Trophy competition.
Donald Trump signs Executive Order to eliminate $26 million in funding for Lowndes County, Alabama water and sewer infrastructure improvements. The funding was put in place by Joe Biden to address human waste backing up into homes during periods of heavy rains. Heavy rain events are increasing with climate change. The poor drainage of the soil adds to the problem. The area affected by the executive order are predominately black areas. Many of the residents have intestinal parasites from human waste water in homes and the soil.
Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth removed the Jackie Robinson Army history story from the Department of Defense website. The removal was due to Donald Trump wanting to remove all signs of DEI along with any references to accomplishments by minorities. After questioning by ESPN, the DoD added the Jackie Robinson story back to the DoD website.
Donald Trump freezes $175 million in federal funding to Pennsylvania University and $400 million in federal funding to Columbia University. The funds were frozen to attack the universities for not following orders from Donald Trump. Pennsylvania’s wrong doing per Trump was over a transgender swimmer. Columbia’s wrong doing was supposedly not protecting Jewish students. Both universities indicate they will make changes that Donald Trump’s federal regulators deem meet his desires.

The agency was created in 1969 by President, Richard Nixon, to promote the growth and global competitiveness of Minority Business Enterprises. EPA Administrator, Lee Zeldin is rolling back many environmental regulations aimed at protecting the planet from climate change. The EPA will rewrite the 2009 report that linked greenhouse gases as a risk to public health and welfare. This report was the basis of climate change policy in the U.S.
Bruce Pearl, Auburn men’s basketball coach, congratulated his good friend Dan Bongino on becoming deputy FBI Director. Bongino is a right-wing fire brand media personality, who supports Donald Trump and his policies. He spreads falsehoods about the 2020 election not being won by President Joe Biden. Bruce Pearl does not seem to care that Trump and Bongino have shown discrimination toward African Americans and women with their attacks on DEI policies. Bruce Pearl must have forgotten that all his success as a coach is due to African American athletes. They can make him money but they cannot be treated fairly in America. Bruce Pearl should think more of their futures and look at what is really in his heart.

A medical transport plane crashed in northeast Philadelphia claiming 6 lives on the flight and possible people on the ground. The cause of the crash is under investigate, but the incident occurred during take off. The 39 Network offers our symphathy to all the framiles and friend of the victims. Donald Trump has nominated Harmeet Dhillon to lead the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department. Ms Dhillon will follow the Trump plan to eliminate DEI Programs. The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department purpose was to protect minorities from discrimination. Under Dhillon leadership the Division will no longer follows it purpose but work actively to not allow discrimination of minorities in America. A group of Montana youth ages 5 to 22 brought a lawsuit against the State over Climate Change. The youth argued that the state did not consider climate change when approving fossil fuel projects. The youth were sucessful with their lawsuit. Julia Olson founder of Our Children Trust brought the lawsuit on behalf of the youth. Olson stated, "this is a huge win for Montana, for youth, for democracy, and for the climate. The State of Montana plans to appeal the decision to the state Supreme Court.
