Hegseth adds to his record of allowing pilots to disobey orders
Pete Hegseth has lowered the military standard for white pilots. Another incident of pilots disobeying orders and flying too low over civilians. This time it was in Florida when Blue Angel pilots buzzed very low over the crowd on the beach. Hegseth constantly over riding discipline has created a culture among white pilots that they are untouchable. Hegseth fails to realize that these actions of disobeying orders will soon lead to the death of civilians. Once the inevitable happens, Pete Hegseth like his pilots will not be subject to any fault in the deaths. The American taxpayers will be the ones paying off the families of the civilian’ victims. Pete Hegseth like Donald Trump needs to go, their disregard for any form of discipline is hurting America.
Florida governor Ron DeSantis had labelled the Muslim civil rights group Council on American – Islamic Relations a terrorist group. The group in turn took DeSantis to court over his Executive Order making the false claim. Federal Judge Mark Walker issued a preliminary injunction against DeSantis. The injunction stops DeSantis from using a political statement to harm the constitutional rights of others. DeSantis like all republicans needs a group to blame everything on. This time it was the Muslims instead of the immigrants.
The Miami Dade County republican party started a chat on What’s App for young conservative college students. It immediately turned into a chat about using the n word and threats of violence against blacks, women as whores, and ugly language against Jews and gay people. The chat only wants immigration from countries with only white people. Young people of Florida, you need to prove to the world that this chat by young republicans is republicans only. Young women of Florida, you need to avoid conservative white males as they pose a danger to you and society at large. Young women you need partners that respect you and not see you as whores. This republican chat is a clear picture of what the republican party has in their hearts.
Another January 6 rioter pardoned by Donald Trump has committed more crimes and used Trump in the cover up of his new crimes. Andrew Paul Johnson of Florida was arrested and charged with child molestation and lewd acts. Johnson is alleged to have molested a child under 12 years old and another child under the age of 16. Johnson tried to cover up the crime by advising one of the victims that Donald Trump was going to give him $10 million because of the January 6 riot wrongful arrest. Johnson had promised some of the money to a victim to keep them quiet.
he Democratic voters of Florida will have the opportunity to vote for two Democrats who want to face republican Ashley Moody in the 2026 Florida Senate race. Angie Nixon and Alexander Vindman will be facing off in the Democratic primary in the spring. Angie Nixon is a state representative and Alexander Vindman was a witness in the impeachment trial of Donald Trump for trying to blackmail Ukraine into making false statements about Joe Biden. Young people of Florida, vote in the primary and most of all, vote for the Democrat in the fall election.
Trump supporter, Christian Young attacked Florida Democratic Representative Maxwell Frost an African American. Young called Frost racial slurs and told him Trump would be deporting him. At this point Young punched Frost in the face. Frost was uninjured after the unprovoked attack by Young. Young did what many Trump voters and supporters now feel is ok. They believe they are allowed to be as racist in public as they once were behind closed doors. Trump and republicans have made racism nothing to be ashamed of any longer.
Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis saw their republican party lose the mayor’s race in Miami for the first time in 28 years. Eileen Higgins the Democrat defeated the republican candidate endorsed by Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis by more than 20 points. This is another big off year election win for Democrats as voters have seen the lack of leadership from Trump and DeSantis. Things have gotten so bad for Americans that cultural issues no longer rule the day for republicans. It is a bad sign for republicans if they must start running campaigns on policy rather than cultural biases.
Florida governor Ron DeSantis is keeping up with the Texas governor in creating hate. In the latest move DeSantis like the governor of Texas has declared The Council on American – Islamic Relations a terrorist organization. The Executive order will prevent the Council on American – Islamic Relations from getting contracts, employment, or funds from the State of Florida. The group said they will be suing DeSantis over this illegal action.
Speaker Mike Johnson has once again sided with a republican accused of breaking the law. Johnson and House leadership put a censure motion of republican Cory Mills of Florida on the house floor, which essentially killed the censure motion. Nancy Mace republican of South Carolina wanted to censure Mills after allegations of benefiting from federal contracts, assaulting a girlfriend, and threatening to release explicit videos of another girlfriend and to harm any of her future boyfriends. This girlfriend had a restraining order granted against Mills. Mike Johnson refuses to censure Mills for all the possible crimes, yet him and the republicans had no issue formally censuring Democratic Representative Al Green of Texas for standing up to defend lower income level Americans. Green was not accused of any crime, but was censured for doing the right thing. The republican party and their leadership in the House are a sorry bunch to be leading a country.
U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson, republican of Louisiana, praised Cory Mills republican member of Florida as a faithful colleague. However, Johnson noted the Ethics Committee may investigate him due to recent legal problems. Mills had a restraining order issued against him over allegations he had threatened a former girlfriend, Lindsey Langston, a republican Florida committeewoman and past Miss United States. Langston said, Mills had threatened to release explicit videos of her and threatened violence against future boyfriends after Langston broke off their relationship. Langston broke off the relationship with Mills after he got into a physical altercation with another girlfriend in Washington. Langston was unaware of the second girlfriend. Cory Mills who is married denied the charges. Young women of Florida’s 7th Congressional District, you need to vote out this womanizer who cares nothing about women except as sex objects. Young women you deserve a better representative in Washington and you need not believe Mike Johnson who claims Mills is a faithful colleague.
A federal judge has ordered the closure of Donald Trump’s and Ron Desantis’ concentration camp known as Alligator Alcatraz. The order cites numerous studies having shown the facility would do harm to the ecosystem of the Everglades. A 1960 plan to build an airport and jail on the site was rejected because of the harm to the Everglades. No Florida or Federal officials have wanted to use the site since the 1960 ruling. Trump and Ron Desantis only care about inflicting pain and suffering on immigrants and harming the Everglades. Florida tax payers need to hold DeSantis responsible for the wasted millions of their tax dollars on a macho scheme that was already ruled illegal. The Florida republican party should pay back the voters of Florda for upwards of 500 million wasted tax dollars. People if you vote for stupid, you get stupid and less money to address real problems.
The State of Florida has removed the details of how money is being spent on Concentration Camp, Alligator Alcatraz from its public database. The replacement data has very few details as to how Florida tax payer money is being spent on the Concentration Camp. The last available details before removal showed over 250 million dollars spent and rapidly rising. Florida governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida republican super legislature know they can hide anything from the tax payers of Florida and suffer no consequences. Florida voters must vote out all republicans in the State of Florida because of their high handed and self-serving actions. The day that it will be too late for Florida voters to make a change is coming quickly.
Democratic Florida State legislator Joe Casello has passed away after suffering a massive heart attack in early July. Joe was 73 at the time of his death and represented Florida House District 90, Joe’s life was about serving his community. He had a 33-year career as a fire fighter and then he went into politics. Joe will be missed.
The State of Florida is going to build an immigrant concentration camp in the Florida Everglades, and the initial name for the camp will be Alligator Alcatraz. Governor Ron DeSantis did not inform the state legislature or the local officials of the move. Florida apparently belongs to DeSantis alone. The question is whether his republican enablers will continue to support his personal power grab? Unfortunately for Florida, the answer is they will do nothing. What could be better than having a new attraction in the state. It has been a long time since Americans could visit a concentration camp in the United States of America.
Florida republicans are looking to cut taxes, but cannot agree as to which taxes should be cut. It is ironic that the republicans are wanted to cut taxes when the state is expected to have a budget shortfall. Economists predict the state shortfall at 2.8 billion dollars in 2026 and could balloon even higher in 2027 to 6.9 billion dollars. Only in Florida and Washington D.C. would you cut taxes when you are already not making enough to pay your bills.
The republican candidates won both special elections in Florida. The two solid republican districts again sent republicans back to the US House, but this time the percentages were much smaller than past elections. The republican party now has an advantage of 220 members to 213 democratic members. The advantage will allow republicans greater ability to pass their legislative agenda. The voters of these two Florida districts had a chance to vote for democracy, but instead voted to continue the threat to democracy. We believers in democracy, thank both Josh Weil and Gay Valimont for their efforts to stand up for Florida and America.
Vote Tuesday April 1 in Florida 1 and 6 special elections. America needs two democratic victories. Two victories will put House republicans on notice. It is past time for them to do their jobs and not just be a rubber stamp for Donald Trump and DOG ELON. VOTE, VOTE, VOTE, you can save America.

EPA Administrator, Lee Zeldin is rolling back many environmental regulations aimed at protecting the planet from climate change. The EPA will rewrite the 2009 report that linked greenhouse gases as a risk to public health and welfare. This report was the basis of climate change policy in the U.S.

Florida has an excellent chance to make a run at the top spot if Democrats with the two open seats. The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department purpose was to protect minorities from discrimination. A group of Montana youth ages 5 to 22 brought a lawsuit against the State over Climate Change. The youth argued that the state did not consider climate change when approving fossil fuel projects. The youth were sucessful with their lawsuit. Julia Olson founder of Our Children Trust brought the lawsuit on behalf of the youth. Olson stated, "this is a huge win for Montana, for youth, for democracy, and for the climate. The State of Montana plans to appeal the decision to the state Supreme Court. anuary 20th is Martin Luther King Jr. National Holiday. Young people use Dr. King as your example to get active in your future.

Notre Dame coach Marcus Freeman could become the first black head coach to be a national champion in the top level of college football. Coach Freeman is a prime example of when all people get a fair chance at a job, they can be successful. This is the prime concept of DEI, the best get a shot, not just the connected people who are normally white men.
