Political Statements of Elected Officials 

Mike Collins, republican representative for Georgia's 10th district weighed in on Bishop Mariann Budde inaugural Prayer Service sermon. Rep. Collins said, "The person giving this sermon should be added to the deporation list". Why does he want the Bishop deported, because she urged President Donald Trump to show mercy to immigrants and trans people.  Mike Collins statement represents his voters views. His voters are in Barrow, Butts, Clarke, Elbert, Greene, Hancock, Henry, Jasper, Morgan, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Taliaferro, and Walton Counties. 

Marjorie Taylor-Greene believes officials can end California wildfires by seeding clouds that do not exist. This is the latest comment from Taylor- Greene about the government controlling the weather. She had earlier stated that Hurrincane Milton was caused by the federal government.  Taylor-Greene comments represent the views of her voters in the Georgia counties of Catoosa, Chattoga, Dade, Floyd, Gordon, Harralson, Murray, Paulding, Polk, Walker, and Whitfield.
